I’ve been trying to get more fruits and veggies in my diet. I’m pretty picky when it comes to the veggies but I am trying to expand my palate and try new things. Spinach is one of those foods where sometimes I like it, sometimes I don’t. I tend to like it in salads over it being cooked. So as I’ve mention before, I have become addicted to Pinterest. They have so many great recipes and I want to try them all! Well, I’m not that ambitious but I have been trying one new recipe a week. My favorite so far has been the Chicken Crescent Casserole recipe. It is so yummy and not very hard to make. I have to say the left overs were even better.
