Here in the South, we love our Mac & Cheese. You really can’t go to a Pot Luck or family get together and not have at least one type of mac & cheese there. It is a true Southern staple.
We have a family recipe that I love but I came across a Southern style slow cooker mac & cheese recipe that I tried and fell in love with. I saw this on Trisha Yearwood’s cooking show and it it so much simpler to make.
I love to cook but most of the time I just don’t have the time to cook from scratch and I need something quick. I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought it would be perfect for a busy weeknight. I love this Crock pot Meatballs recipe because you only need 3 ingredients and you probably already have them in your fridge. These were so good and I made them for dinner and served them over a bed of rice. These would be great for parties and tailgating as well. Here is the super quick and easy recipe:

I was looking for something quick and easy to make for dinner the other night and I came across two recipes that looked good but couldn’t decide between the two. So, I had a genius idea, why don’t I just combine them? It turned out to be a very good idea (I do have them every now and again). I have found a new recipe on Pinterest ( go figure) and I am in love. I made this a few weeks ago and it is so good and you probably already have all the ingredients in your kitchen. The Crispy Cheddar Cheese Chicken Recipe is so easy and would make a great weeknight meal when you need something quick and delicious. Just add some vegetables and you will have a complete meal.
