Are you the type of person who has to trick yourself into loving your workout? Let’s face it, some people seem to have a gene that makes them love working out. I never really understood those people until I started consistently getting in a daily workout.
I have actually made myself look forward to working out and I was a certified couch potato! My health is better, I have lost weight, and I have more energy to keep up with my little one.

I wanted to share some ways that you can actually trick yourself into loving your workout so that you won’t dread just the idea of it.
For some people, they may just need a little workout motivation but for the rest of us, we actually have to change the way we think or view just the idea of exercise.
Trick Yourself into Loving your Workout
Do Something you Love Already
I hate running! I am not good at it and it is just boring to me, so I don’t run to get in my workout. I personally love to dance, so that is what I do to get in a cardio workout.
When you do an activity that you love, you will be more inclined to look forward to it and actually stick with it.
There are so many ways to get in a workout without killing yourself at the gym: ride a bike, go hiking, rock climbing, swimming, kickboxing, sports, etc.
Find an activity that you already enjoy doing and see how you can fit it into a daily workout.
Since I enjoy dancing, I do dancing workout programs like Hip Hop Abs and Cize. To me it’s fun and it doesn’t even feel like I am working out.
