You don’t have to spend a lot of money on a gym membership to get fit. I personally like using free workouts that I find online. It is a great way to make sure that I have variety and I’m not having to pay for a gym membership or buy a whole bunch of workout videos. You have to checkout these Youtube workout channels!

Now there are A LOT of workout channels and videos on Youtube. There really is something for everyone. I love that people are making health and fitness so accessible.
I’ve put together a list of my personal favorite Youtube workout channels.
I have tried all of them and they are constantly being updated with new videos for me to try. These are geared more toward women but men can find workouts on these channels as well.
POPSUGAR Fitness
My favorite Youtube workout channel right now is POPSUGAR Fitness. Their videos are filmed like workout DVDs where they have the instructor in the front and a couple of people in the back doing a modified version.
They have workouts for beginners all the way up to 21 day challenges. I like that they even have healthy recipe videos that you can try, too.
They offer a wide variety of workouts that keep me motivated. If I don’t have a lot of time, I will do a 10 or 20 minute workout. I can do yoga, Pilates, HIIT workouts, and more all from this one channel.

Fitness Blender
Fitness Blender is made up of a husband and wife team. They have over 500 workout videos for you to choose from. You can search by workout type, difficulty, length, calorie burn, and more.
They use a countdown timer on the side of their videos to let you know how much longer you have. I find this helpful and it keeps me motivated.
The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have music in the videos, but you can play your own in the background if you prefer.
BeFIT
If you are a fan of celebrity trainers, BeFIT is for you. They offer workouts from Jillian Michaels, Jane Fonda, Denise Austin, Billy Blanks, and many more.
They offer yoga, health and fitness tips, health hacks, and a wide variety of workouts. This will save you a lot of money if you purchase workout DVDs regularly.
BeFIT in 90
This is a workout channel dedicated to the BeFIT in 90 workout system. I know that a lot of people are fans of workout challenges like this.
You do the full set of workouts for 90 days and they consist of strength, cardio, yoga, and high intensity drills. You will see amazing results if you stick with it.
XHIT
XHIT is definitely geared toward women. Their workouts are celebrity inspired. They have titles like: Beyonce Butt workout, Victoria’s Secret Model workouts, and more.
You can search workouts by muscle group, expertise, or type.
Jessica Smith TV
I like that Jessica Smith TV offers workouts of all lengths, even 10 minute or less so you can fit in a workout everyday. She offers a lot of walking workouts for those that can’t do high impact ones.
She offers workouts like barre, ballet, kickboxing, abs, and more. There are a lot of beginner workouts to try as well.
Yoga with Adriene
If you like yoga, check out Yoga with Adriene. She gives you a quality workout without taking herself too seriously.
She offers yoga for beginners, yoga for weight loss, yoga for healing, and more. I like adding some yoga classes into my weekly workouts, especially on days when my toddler is driving me crazy!
I’m sure you will be able to stay motivated and find some great workouts on these channels. I love that there is so much variety, I get bored really easily with my workouts so this is a great way to help me change it up.
This isn’t on Youtube but it is worth mentioning that if you are a fan of the Beachbody Workouts like P90X, Insanity, Brazilian Butt lift, 21 Day Fix, etc you should checkout Beachbody on Demand.
