E.l.f. cosmetics is one of my absolute favorite beauty budget brands. Did you know that you can save even more on e.l.f. cosmetics by using a few easy tricks? It’s one of my favorite ways to save money on makeup.
Their prices are already pretty unbeatable but you can get them even lower. Keep in mind that a lot of items are already priced between $1-$5 so you can really score amazing deals on makeup just by switching to this brand.
I currently use the e.l.f. brand primer, eye shadows, and lip glosses. I really love the quality of these products. I just can’t justify buying the higher end brands like MAC and Smashbox. It is just too expensive for my budget. By purchasing from e.l.f., I am able to experiment with new products and colors and not worry about wasting too much money if it doesn’t work out for my color or skin tone. e.l.f. website
I like shopping on the actual e.l.f. cosmetics website because they have the most selection. You have to know when to shop, though. They will occasionally offer up free shipping codes on any order. They always offer free shipping on $35 or more. They also offer up free gifts when you make a purchase. As of 2/15/16, they are offering a free matte lip color with any purchase or a free gift set ($12 value) with any $25 purchase. The freebies will continue to change so check the homepage for the latest details.
If you are going to shop online, make sure you ALWAYS shop through Ebates! They offer 3.5% cash back for any e.l.f. cosmetic website purchase. Sometimes they will even double this to 7%, it just depends if it is a special offer. You can also find coupon codes to use at e.l.f. too.
If you are new to Ebates, you will also get a $10 cash bonus when you spend $25 on any site within 90 days of signing up!
Target
Target usually has a good selection of e.l.f. cosmetics in store and online. You can save even more by using your Target Redcard (it’s free to sign up). You will save an extra 5% off all of your purchases and you always get free shipping when you order online.
Plus, you can download the Target Cartwheel app (it’s free) to save some more. They offer all kinds of discounts on a variety of products, makeup included. Check to see if there are any discounts for e.l.f. before you go shopping. They change offers weekly.
CVS
E.l.f. cosmetics are offered at a wide range of drugstores but CVS is my favorite store to get deals on e.l.f. products. Check the weekly ad to see if they are offering any ExtraCare Buck deals on e.l.f. ,which they do quite a bit. If you are new to shopping at CVS, you can see this post for how I use ExtraCare Bucks to save.
I regularly see deals for buy $12 worth of e.l.f. cosmetics, get $4 ECB back. So that is already saving your $4. I also make sure my ExtraCare Account is filled out with my address. I will get a coupon booklet from them about every month. A few times they have had a $3 off $10 e.l.f. purchase. I combine that with the ECB deal to save a total of $7 off my $12 purchase!
It gets better! Sign up for the ExtraCare Beauty Club (it’s free) and get even more savings. You will earn an extra $5 when you spend $50 on any beauty products, this doesn’t have to be done all in one transaction. You get $3 ECB on your birthday, exclusive email offers and savings, and a 10% beauty shopping pass!
E.l.f. cosmetics are already so affordable, but it is nice to save as much as I can. I highly recommend the face primer, it is my favorite! Have you tried e.l.f cosmetics? What are some of your favorite products?
