How to Get Free Photo Books

July 20, 2015 by hewella1 1 Comment

Since becoming a parent, I take a lot of pictures of my little one. I hate just having those adorable pictures sitting in my phone so I love creating photo books to keep all of our memories. They can get pricey, but luckily, I have learned how to get free photo books and photo prints from a variety of places. Here are the sites I use the most.

See all the ways you can get photo books for FREE!

Shutterfly

I love making photo books on Shutterfly. I sign up for their emails and they will send out special offers and coupon codes. I regularly get free shipping codes, B1G1 photo books, and even free prints, photo books, and cards. It just depends on what special promotions they have going on. When you sign up, you will get 50 free 4×6 photo prints!

Pampers Gifts to Grow

You can sign up for the Pampers Gifts to Grow reward program. You don’t have to be a parent or even buy Pampers to get points. They release free codes all the time, just do a quick Google search and you should find some. When you sign up, you will get 100 points! You can then redeem those points for free photo books, prints, magnets, calendars, etc. from Shutterfly along with many other rewards.

Huggies Rewards

This is just like the Pampers Gifts to Grow rewards but with Huggies. You do have to buy Huggies in order to get the codes for points. When you sign up, you will get 50 points in your account. You can redeem them for prints and photo books from Shutterfly.

Mom365

Mom365 is a great site full of baby and parenting info. When you sign up for their emails, you will get $20 to spend at Shutterfly! You can use this to pay for a photo book. They send out emails periodically and I have received a few that had codes for free photo books and prints from Shutterfly. I love their weekly emails because it tells me “what my toddler should be up to” and lets me know if she is on track with her development.

MyPublisher

This isn’t exactly free since you are having to pay for the first one, but as of this posting, MyPublisher is offering a free copy of your first photo book if you are a new customer when you sign up for their emails. This is still a nice deal if you want to give one away as a gift, think grandparents!

Snapfish

Just like Shutterfly, Snapfish has all kinds of deals and promotions going on all of the time. As of this posting, they are offering a free 8×8 photo canvas credit when you spend $30 or more. My favorite thing that Snapfish offers are the free photo prints! If you download the Snapfish App, you will get 100 free 4×6 photo prints every month for a year! I’ve done this several times when they have a free shipping code available and I get them shipped for free, too!

RetailMeNot

I always check out Retailmenot for any new promo codes they have going on. I just enter “Free Photo books” in the search bar and it will come up with all of the offers that are available. Some will be for B1G1 free or some may have expired so make sure you read the comments before you bother clicking on the offer. This will save you some time and frustration.

Walgreens

If you have a Walgreens nearby, make sure you sign up for their emails. You can choose what type of emails you want to receive so if you are just interested in the photo deals, just put a check by the photo emails. They send out great deals and freebies for prints, photo books, and other photo gifts periodically.

These are the best ways I know of to get free photo books and prints. Keep in mind that you will have to pay shipping for most of these but it is still well worth the fees. Shipping is usually only around $5. If you are expecting, make sure you sign up for Target and Amazon Baby Registry because I got several photo book codes with my welcome pack. I was also able to get some when I went shopping in some maternity stores as well, just ask if they offer any.
