Lisa Leonard Gold Wildflower Necklace Review & Giveaway

February 18, 2013 by hewella1 46 Comments

Like every other woman, I love jewelry. The problem I have is that I can’t really wear it everyday. I work in a lab and necklaces and bracelets can get caught in equipment so when ever I do wear jewelry it has to be short and simple. Plus I dress pretty casually and I don’t want my jewelry to be overstated. When I was asked to review the Lisa Leonard Gold Wildflower Necklace, I knew it would be perfect to wear everyday.

I had heard of Lisa Leonard Designs before on other blogs but I had never tried it myself. I looked around the site and they have some of the cutest jewelry I’ve seen. I love how it is all very simple and you can add on to them with different charms and really personalize it to make it your own. They have bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and even home decor and wedding keepsakes. The jewelry would make excellent bridesmaid gifts.

When I received the necklace, it came with a few things extra. It had care instructions so that my necklace will last a long time. It also came with a very cute 2013 calendar. I have it hanging in my cubicle at work. The necklace itself is very pretty and delicate. I love how simple it is and that the charm isn’t very large. I also like how the accent pearl gives it a little color.

I usually don’t wear gold, I have a lot of silver jewelry, but I like how this is really understated and it goes with a lot of different outfits. The best thing for me is the length of the chain. It came with a 18″ gold filled fine link chain. It isn’t too short or too long, it is perfect! I don’t like the long chains because they just seem to always get in my way. This necklace stays in place and is absolutely beautiful. It’s very casual so I can wear it during the day and not have to worry about looking too over done. This is a piece that I can wear for a long time.

Now one of my very lucky readers will win a Lisa Leonard Gold Wildflower Necklace for themselves! All you have to do is fill out the form below. This is for US residents only and no PO Boxes. Good luck!

I’m not a huge gold fan either, but I have a necklace that was my gramma’s-it’s a large owl with very cool intricate details. I used to love it as a little girl and laugh when she wore it-it’s amazing to see how fashion comes back around, owls are so popular now and back then it was a unique statement piece.
