I have never been the type of girl that is always up on the latest hair trends. I’m not very good at styling my hair, I never have been. I usually just put it in a ponytail or use a flat iron to straighten it. That is the extent of my skills. Plus getting up at 4:00 am every morning to go to work, makes time limited for hair styling.
That’s why I was really excited to do a review for a Lilla Rose Flexi Hair Clip. I watched some of the videos on the website to see the different styles you can do with it and they looked so easy. So easy maybe even I could do them :). I was surprised at how many styles of the flexi clip there are. They have silver, nickel, and some with little stones. They are all really pretty but I decided to go with the Celtic Knot in black nickel. I’ve got to represent my Celtic heritage!
Since my hair is pretty thick, I chose the Medium size. I am able to do a ponytail and a half-up style with this size. I will probably need a large to do the other styles like the tails-up and french twist. They are really easy to use and it didn’t take any time at all to just gather up my hair and attached the clip.
I did the ponytail style and wore it to work. I got several compliments on the flexi clip. I thought my hair would slide out since it didn’t feel as secure as a hair tie but it stayed in place all day. Another thing I love about the flexi clip, is the pin is actually attached to the clip so you can’t loose it like you can with other hair products. The flexi clips are very affordable and great for any age. My clip was only $10.50 and they have so many others that are under $15!
Now one of my readers will get to win their very own flexi hair clip! You can win a code for any flexi clip up to $16. You must be a new Lilla Rose customer in order to use the code. Just enter the form below.
