California Wine Club (www.cawineclub.com) is a wine of the month club that you definitely want to check out. They have something for every taste and budget. The California Wine Club is a great way to try new wines without having to drive all around town for a quality wine at a nice price. Every wine they feature is handcrafted by artisan wineries that are not available in your local store.
I am by no means a wine connoisseur. I’ve tried wine before but never really fell in love with it. Wine was something I had at a friend’s house but never really bought on my own. I like the idea of a wine of the month club because it’s a great way for me to try new things with a 100% guarantee. California Wine Club has four different membership options so I can pick the one that is right for me and my budget.
I got two bottles of wine to try for my November membership. I was sent Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc from The Robledo Family Winery. I decided to try the red Tempranillo first. It was actually pretty good. It had almost a sweet taste to it which I quite liked. Now, like it said, I have no idea what kind of notes and smells I am supposed to be looking for but I did enjoy the taste. It is not something I would have every night but for special dinners or romantic nights in.
I did enjoy getting to try something new even though wine still isn’t my favorite alcoholic beverage. I think the wine of the month club would make great gifts for wine lovers. They would be good for friends, family, even business clients. There is no hassle and it is shipped right to your door. I will get to review the December wine so be sure to keep a look out for that review because I will get to giveaway a $50 gift certificate to California Wine Club!
This review was made possible by Mom Spark Media. Thoughts are my own. I received a 2 month Membership to the California Wine Club for the purpose of this review.
