Sticky Words Review & Giveaway

I’m not a great decorator. I never know what colors go good together or what art work will look great on my walls. I also tend to change my mind….a lot. That’s why I love vinyl lettering. They are so versatile, you can put them anywhere you want to add a special touch to your room. And they are easy to remove for those moments when you change your mind.

Sticky Words is a great site for vinyl lettering. They have so much to choose from. There is monograms, wall borders, wall art, and so much more. The prices are reasonable and they have a variety of colors to go with your decor. I love that the site is easy to navigate, I was able to find just what I wanted in no time. You can search by room or category.

I wanted something for my kitchen. I chose the Eat Well, Laugh Often, Love Much decal. I thought it would go perfect on the beam going across my kitchen. It was very easy to apply. The decal came with directions and it also came with a link to a video you can watch if you would prefer. I watched the video just to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing…..I’m a visual learner.

My Sticky Words decal even came with a free Welcome decal. I decided to apply this one first for some practice. I put it right on my front door. I think it looks great! I was able to apply it by myself and I didn’t have any problems. If I ever want to remove it, all I have to do is heat it with a hairdryer and  peel away. It’s that easy.

So now I was ready to apply my decal. It was too big for me to apply by myself so I had to enlist the help of my boyfriend. It was a little difficult to tell if it was straight since both of us had to hold it but I think we did a pretty good job. It took about 20 minutes to complete the application process from start to finish. I chose the Terra Cotta color to go with my Tuscan look. I think it turned out pretty good and adds a special touch to my kitchen. I was very pleased.
