Novica is an amazing website that offers access to unique, hard-to-find items at great values. It is a great place for artists and artisans from all over the world to display their works to people just like you. They have all kind of different products like, home decor, furniture, apparel, jewelry, and so much more.
The artisans are never charged a fee to display their wares on Novica. This has helped so many start and grow their own businesses. They showcase artisans from Africa, Thailand, Mexico, Peru, Bali, Andes, India, etc. It’s a great site to discover unique items for you and your home.
I had such a hard time deciding what to review. There is just too much to choose from. I finally decided to go with the Spring Sukhothai beaded wristband bracelets. They are made by hand by Thai designer Tiraphan Hasub. They arrived in a beautiful white gift box with an artisan story card so I could learn a little more about the designer.
I love unique jewelry so these were perfect. I love the colors: one is pink, teal, and gold and the other is black, purple, and gold. They go with so many outfits that I have. They aren’t too feminine and are very unisex. My boyfriend wanted to steal the black one away from me and wear it himself. I said “Hands off! These are mine!” :). I actually got several compliments on them when I wore them to work. People said the colors went very well together.
The quality is really great. The only thing that I didn’t care for were the little bells on the ends of the fastener. They would jingle every time I moved my arm so at the end of the day they became very annoying. I just cut the bells off since they were on the very end of the strand. Other then that I have no complaints. They are beautiful, unique, and I love them.
Novica even has a home party division called Novica Live. It is similar to Avon and Pampered Chef parties. You can register to be a consultant and make money while supporting artisans worldwide. You can go here for more information if you are interested. This would be a good way to make some extra money while working your own hours.
Novica has been generous enough to offer a giveaway to my readers. You can win a gift certificate for $37.50 to spend on anything in the Novica store. Trust me, it is going to take you a while to pick just one thing. This will be open to US only and it will run for about a week.
Winner: Theresa T.
Disclosure: I was given a $37.50 gift certificate for a review item. All opinions are my 100% my own.
