This is the second part of my Best Time to Buy posts. You can go here to read part 1. This section will cover the best months to buy non grocery items.

January: Electronics (new models are coming in), Motorcycles, boats, tents, fishing gear, linens (White Sales), carpet, flooring, winter apparel, fitness equipment, vacation packages, christmas cards, calenders, wrapping paper

February: GPS, audio equipment, laptops, ski vacation packages, video games, Valentine’s Day items (after Feb. 14th), prom dresses (last season), cameras

March: Luggage, gardening tools, golf clubs, air conditioners, boats, bicycles, winter outdoor gear, desktop replacements, perfume

April: Used cars, car accessories, laptops, fabric, cookware, vacuum cleaners, tools, BBQ essentials, vegetable seeds, refrigerators, spring clothes, cruise vacation packages, sneakers

May: Patio furniture (last season models), party supplies (graduation and BBQ), kitchen accessories, matresses

June: Tools (Father’s Day), gym memberships, dishware, champagne (wedding season), paint, suits, movie tickets

July: Home decor, furniture, Broadway tickets, big appliances, swim suits

August: Backpacks, office/school supplies, dorm furniture, shoes, kids clothing, wines, storage containers, flip flops, camping equipment, swing sets

September: Cars, holiday airfare, grills, lawn mowers, landscaping plants, coolers, china, flatware, MP3 players, bicycles, patio furniture

October: Jeans, air conditioners, health insurance, older games and toys, gas grills

November: Christmas trees (after Thanksgiving), toys, recreational vehicles, Blu-ray movies, computers, wedding dresses, cookware, sleepwear, TVs

December: Pools, NFL tickets, tools, video game consoles, toys, home theater equipment, Christmas decor ( after Christmas sales)
